About

CeldyFEM (dynamic finite element modeling cellular patterns) is a software developed by Molecular and Systems Computational Bioengineering Lab, University of Illinois at Chicago.

CeldyFEM is designed to computationally model different cell behaviors according to user's specific purpose. The user can customize their own cellular mechanisms including the cell features such as elastic and mechanical properties or the chemical signaling network which controls the specific cell behaviors. CeldyFEM is a free cross-platform software implemented using Qt. User can choose to download the installation file based to their own operating system.
